Orders can be placed online or via email, phone or post. For commissioned or specially made items, full payment must be made in advance of the item/s being despatched. This can be either the full amount at time of ordering or 50% on ordering followed by the remainder before the item/s are posted.
Deposits are non-refundable.

Orders placed online will be via secure payment provided by paypal.

If ordering by post please send full details of the item/s ordered including the item code or design style if known, as well as your contact details. Cheques cannot be cashed without this.

Delivery

We do our best to send out orders which are in stock as soon as possible, orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days, and you should recieve goods within 10 working days. If you encounter any problems with your order we promise to do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Hand-Made Items

We also make special one-off pieces of jewelley or recycled clothes. All items sold by Baraka are handmade and are therefore subject to slight variation from the photograph shown on the website.
